The origins of B Developments dates back four generations to the early 1930´s when Angel Barbagallo, principal´s grandfather, worked as an auctioneer, real estate broker, mortgage broker and builder. The families‘real estate business continued to flourish under Sebastian José Barbagallo, who following in his father footsteps expanded de family business into real estate development. By the mid 1970s, real estate development was the primary specialization of the company. The extensive knowledge and familiarity of mortgages and sales internalized the major components in real estate and provided access and control throughout the developments which is a formula that is continued today.
Miguel Angel Barbagallo, his brother Alberto Barbagallo grandsons of Angel and sons of Sebastian, now leads B Developments with the same principles instilled in him by his mentors. Miguel Angel is an attorney and phD in Civil Law, Alberto is a CPA and Master in Finance Administration; both with over 35 years of senior-level experience in real estate and construction operations, they are well versed in real estate development, law, administration, finance and construction making them superbly qualified to exploit the dynamic real estate market in South Florida, were the company is based. Miguel Angel’s sons Sebastian and Guido, daughter Antonella as well as Alberto’s sons Franco and Bruno are currently working in the company at different levels of responsibility.
Their accomplishments include developing more than 200 residential buildings on Argentina´s Atlantic coast as part of Barbagallo Desarrollos Inmobiliarios. The Barbagallo’s originated nearly 50 urban residential developments in Buenos Aires, handling all aspects of the project, including construction, sales, financing and business structuring.
B Developments has successfully developed several prime properties bringing to the market more than 500 condominium units in the most desirable areas the City of Miami. The company is currently engaged in the acquisition of distressed properties, like fracture condos and other opportunities all throughout Florida.
