The origins of BDevelopments dates back three generations to the early 1930´s when Angel Barbagallo, principal´s grandfather, worked as an auctioneer, real estate broker, mortgage broker and builder. The families´real estate business continued to flourish under Sebastian Barbagallo, who following in his father footsteps expanded de family business into real estate development. By the mid 1970s, real estate developmnet was the primary specialization of the company. The extensive knowlledge and familiarity of mortgages and sales interalized the major components in real estate and provided access and control thorughout the developments which is a formula that is continued today.
Miguel Angel Barbagallo, grandsom of Angel and son of Sebastian, now leads BDevelopmentes with the same principies instilled in him by his mentors. As an ttorney and engineer with over 30 years of senior-level experience in real estate and construction operations, Miguel is well versed in real estate development, law and construction making him superbly qualified to exploit the dynamic mixed-use and residential real estate market in South Florida, were the company is now based. His accomplishments include developing more than 200 residential buildings on Argentina´s Atlantic coast as Executive Vice-President o Barbagallo Desarrollos Inmobiliarios. In his role as President and CEO he originated nearly 50 urban residential developments in Buenos Aires, handling all aspects of the project, including construction, sales, financing and business structuring. B Developments has successfully developed several prime properties bringing to the market more than 500 condominium units in the most desirable areas the City of Miami. The company is currently engaged in the acquisition of stressed properties in fracture condos all throughout Florida.
